  1. Document before touching anything

    Photos of the vehicle and the damage, plus the pre-repair scan, captured on the RO# before work starts.

  2. State the reason for every calibration

    Each task asks why it was required: OEM position statement, repair procedure step, or the diagnostic code that called for it.

  3. Record the setup and the result

    Target placement photos, the calibration report, and passed or performed status for each task, including the ones that do not print a report of their own.

  4. Attach the scans

    Upload pre and post scans, link to them, or import them straight from your scan tool's reports. They land on the right RO#.

  5. Send it to the estimator

    One tap emails a clean, shop-branded report to the estimator on the job, written in the specific wording insurers expect.

Do we need our own calibration equipment?

Yes. AdasProof documents the work; it does not replace a scan tool, targets or a calibration frame. It is built for shops that already calibrate in-house or are about to start.

Where is AdasProof hosted?

Your choice. Run it on your own domain, or we host it for you on a subdomain such as yourshop.adasproof.com. Either way your shop name and logo are on every printed or emailed record.

What counts as a user?

Each tech, estimator or manager who signs in. Your plan sets how many can be active at once. Need more? Change plans any time.

What happens if we cancel a subscription?

Your records stay yours. Export everything before the period ends; after that the app becomes read-only until you renew.

What does the buyout include?

A perpetual license for one installation plus 12 months of updates and support. After that the software keeps working; renew updates whenever you want the newest version.

Can we import our existing records?

Yes. The AdasProof team will work with you to inport any records you may need, and the software provides an easy export feature to backup all your AdasProof data
